2 Parsnips
2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Teaspoon paprika
Sprinkle of Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 220 C

Peel the skin from the pumpkin and parsnips and cut into this slithers

Place in a roasting dish

Cover in olive oil, salt, paper and paprika

Mix thoroughly

Lay on a baking tray and put in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until crispy.
