Ingredients
- 1 kg Agria potatoes
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 3 Tbsp cooking oil, divided
- 1/2 tsp salt, divided
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 450 g broccoli florets
- 450 g boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 Tbsp garlic herb seasoning

Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 200ºC.

Prepare the Potatoes
- Dice potatoes into 2 cm pieces.
- Mix Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Toss potatoes with 1 Tbsp oil and Parmesan mixture.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes, stirring halfway.

Prepare the Broccoli
- Toss broccoli with 1 Tbsp oil, 1/4 tsp salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway.

Cook the Chicken
- Fillet chicken breasts into thinner pieces.
- Season with garlic herb seasoning.
- Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Let rest, then slice into strips.

Assemble the Meal Prep
- Divide potatoes, broccoli, and chicken into four containers.
- Refrigerate until ready to eat.
