Easy and Delicious Taco Bowls: Perfect for a Weeknight Dinner or Meal Prep
Ingredients:
- 500g ground beef or turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- Salsa
Instructions:
- Cook the ground meat in a pan, adding taco seasoning and a splash of water as directed on the packet.
- In meal prep containers, layer rice, taco meat, black beans, corn, avocado, and shredded cheese.
- Serve with a side of salsa or store in containers for 3-4 days.
You can also serve with tortilla chips for added crunch!
